Hey folks!
We decided to combine our monthly updates and release notes for the past two months.
Here are the new features and improvements that have been released so far this year.
We began the year by addressing some technical debt that had accumulated over time. At the same time, we focused on improving system stability and fixing various bugs. We even had to perform several complex database maintenance tasks (which required a scheduled maintenance notice).
We also spent a significant amount of time refactoring our analytics infrastructure. As a result, all charts, dashboards and A/B test results now load up to 2× faster, significantly improving overall analytics performance.
In parallel, part of our team is still actively working on the next version of Apphud, which will feature not only a new design but also new functionality.
Don’t worry — the current SDK functionality will not be affected.
Nevertheless, we released several important updates at the beginning of the year. Here they are.
We have released a new Billing Portal, built as part of our new design system.
In the new portal, you can:
Billing Portal at ApphudA new event called Subscription Active has been introduced.
It is similar to the Trial Active event and is triggered whenever a paid subscription remains active and has not been canceled for at least one hour after purchase.
Events Configuration at ApphudYou can now connect Apphud with PostHog to bring subscription analytics directly into your product analytics workflow.
Track subscription lifecycle events — including trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds — alongside user behavior in a single environment. Apphud automatically sends subscription events and revenue data to PostHog in real time, with no additional backend setup required.
Perfect for product teams that want to connect monetization performance with feature usage, funnels, and retention insights.
iOS SDK – latest version 4.0.4
Android SDK – latest version 3.1.0 (with support for Google Billing 8)
Flutter SDK – 3.0.2
React Native SDK – 4.0.2
We’re expecting several major updates in March, along with the beta release of the new Apphud dashboard.
Thanks for staying with us — more updates coming soon!
