The Refunds Win Back add-on helps minimize revenue loss from unreasonable App Store refund requests. By automatically responding to Apple’s consumption requests with app usage data, Apphud enables Apple to make more informed refund decisions. This approach can reduce your monthly refund losses by up to 70%, significantly increasing your monthly recurring revenue. The add-on requires Apple Server Notifications V2 to be configured.
Enable this feature in the iOS app settings within Apphud.
For developers using the Refunds Win Back add-on, we’ve introduced an advanced report in the Charts section. The report provides detailed insights, such as the total requested refund value, decline rate, total declined refunds value, average refund request processing time, and more. This comprehensive data will help you better understand and manage refund request trends in your app.
Please contact Apphud Support for add-on pricing details and requests to activate the Win Back Refunds add-on.
The Refund Requests Report is available to users on the Pro plan and above who enable the Win Back Refunds add-on.
We’ve significantly enhanced our web-to-app matching algorithm by introducing probabilistic attribution to complement the existing deterministic approach. This upgrade improves the accuracy of matching web clicks to app installs for web-to-app campaigns, similar to the methodology used in AppsFlyer’s OneLink. In the future, we’ll share a comparison table between OneLink and the Apphud Web-to-App solution.
We’ve updated our Adjust integration: events will now be sent to Adjust if at least IDFV
is present. Previously, IDFA
oradid
was required for event tracking.
We have updated our Firebase and Google Analytics integration to exclude the user_id
parameter from event payloads. Some users have reported missing events in Google Ads when this parameter was included. By removing it, event tracking will now work as expected.
Stay tuned for more updates and enhancements from Apphud!
